Energetic Self Discovery Package

Service Description

This package, which combines 7 sessions of Reiki with 3 intuitive coaching sessions, is designed for you to go on a discovery journey into how your own energy works while creating an inner environment which will connect your mind back to your body. This package is for you if: You have an incessant inner voice You know there is more for you but you don't know what that is You are curious about energy work and want to learn more; or You are trying to navigate a tricky situation and you can't separate yourself from it. We will have a monthly holistic coaching call, and bi weekly reiki sessions. These will all be booked in with me once you have completed the booking process. At the end of this package you will: Feel calm within yourself Expand your awareness Have cultivated practices that you can call upon when you next face a challenge Expand your perspective Understand yourself on a much deeper level
